At-Large Springfield City Councilor Jesse Lederman will convene his third Town Hall style meeting with fellow elected officials and community members on Tuesday, November 13th.
The event will take place at Talmadge School, located at 1395 Allen Street in Springfield. Doors will open at 6:00 PM and the program will commence at 6:30 PM. The event is hosted in collaboration with the Outer Belt Civic Association.
“Bringing people together to discuss our city, our successes, and our challenges, as well as questions, concerns, and ideas has been an invaluable resource in tracking community priorities and responding to constituent concerns,” said Lederman “Our previous town hall style meetings have brought tangible results, and I will continue to convene these forums to engage constituents and embrace community dialogue.”
Scheduled to attend the Town Hall style meeting along with Lederman are Ward 7 City Councilor Tim Allen, Ward 5 City Councilor Marcus Williams, and At-Large City Councilor Tracye Whitfield, along with School Committee Members Chris Collins and Latonia Monroe-Naylor. Representatives from the Offices of State Representative Angelo Puppolo and State Senator Eric Lesser will also be present.
The meeting will be moderated by Outer Belt Civic Association President Walter Gould.
Lederman’s previous Town Hall style meetings took place in Mason Square and the North End. The November 13th meeting has already garnered over 140 RSVPs on Facebook.
